Hi Murray.
The video was very well done. Your explanation of the bell siphon was in simple terms that I think all people would understand. Pleased to see that you made it for the international market (USA) as well as here.
The only minor thing that made me shudder, was when you mentioned hydroponic nutrient as ‘chemicals’ In actual fact, they are trace elements that we need in our body.
Are you still going to produce the newsletter, or is that going by the wayside now that you have your great DVD ?
I have waffled on enough, but once again, you should feel proud of your DVD, well done.

Received your DVD today and found it very informative.
Noticed that you let your system pumps continuously while others prefer 5 to 6 cycles per day with timer, what’s the difference?
DG Singapore.
Answer:
All of our system kits now operate with the pump running continuously and the flood and drain being provided by auto siphons. We have found it to be much more reliable in the long term.
Timers and float switches tend to give problems in the long run.
The important thing is to make sure there is a flood and a drain cycle in small domestic systems.
Commercial systems operate a little differently.

I just received your DVD and I must say it is absolutely wonderful. I can hardly wait to get a 1000l water tank to get started. Living in Austria I am confronted with the problem of winter. We have -16 deg. Celsius on a pretty regular basis over one or two months in winter. What would you suggest I do with my fish during this time?………………….

Just thought I would let you know that I finished watching the DVD on the weekend. I thought it was great. Everything was well explained, and it was good to actually see some of this stuff, rather than just looking at pictures. I will be watching it a few more times.
I liked the bathtub system. I’d like to buy one of your patio kits, but I think I will experiment first with something like the bathtub system you showed.

I got so turned on by seeing an AP video on YouTube that I ordered Murray’s DVD. I’ve watched it numerous times already and I would like to build an AP system this spring with a lady friend of mine who is interested in marketing organic veggies and herbs to local restaurants. I have one anxious customer eager to purchase our wares and we haven’t even broken ground yet.
Loved the dVD. Have watched it at least half a dozen times so far!!! (Sad but true) Every family member I show it to is keen to set up an AP system too. Great work.
